Best Community Campaign
CATEGORY OBJECTIVE
To recognise and acknowledge the extraordinary contribution of an individual station or network to the well being of the community in which it operates.
CATEGORY DESCRIPTION
These awards are made to a station or network for outstanding promotions or campaigns that contribute to the community. For a single promotion or campaign that has contributed to the community during the twelve month period.
ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
AUDIO
Audio duration maximum is 10 minutes.
WRITTEN DEMONSTRATION
Written submissions must not exceed 200 words.
A video can be submitted for this category, but a link must be provided. No uploads are accepted. Duration is to be no longer than 5 minutes. Edited highlights videos can be created for your radio award entry, but any filmed footage included in them must be from the original and not re-created.
JUDGING CRITERIA
A - 30 POINTS
Creative and imaginative use of the radio medium to execute a community campaign, demonstrating value and energy contributed by the station.
B - 10 POINTS
Objectives of the campaign or promotion and demonstrated evidence of the effectiveness of the campaign including affidavits, references and other relevant support material.
C - 10 POINTS
Evidence of a range of resources employed to deliver the campaign success, programme material, on-air promotions, social support and engagement.
